(As per the UGC/ COUNCIL/ BOARD Notification on Fees Refund)
Suppose a prospective student decides to withdraw from the program of study to which they have been provisionally or finally admitted. In that case, the following five-tier system for the refund of fees will be applied:

Important Notes
Refund Timeline: Refunds typically take 15 working days to process. However, in special cases, the process may take up to 6 months from the receipt of the complete cancellation form along with all supportive documents.
Pre-admission Awareness: Students are expected to be fully aware of the course, college, accreditations, etc., before taking admission. In any situation where the college is able to manage and cooperate, no fees will be refunded.
Processing of Refunds: The Admission Cell is the designated Nodal Agency for processing refund applications. To initiate a refund, candidates must fill out the Fee Refund Form and obtain approval from the registrar’s or principal’s office.
Changes in Rules: Cancellation rules may be revised as per the latest directives from UGC/COUNCIL/BOARD. No fees will be refunded if the cancellation request is received more than 30 days after the commencement of classes (as per the academic calendar).
Post-Enrollment Cancellation: Once the enrollment number has been generated, if the admitted student wishes to cancel their admission, they will be required to pay the full fees for the entire tenure of the program.
Required Documents for Refund: Refunds will only be processed after the candidate/student has submitted the following documents:
Original Fee Receipt
ID card (if issued)
Original Loan Letter (if issued)
Any other documents required by the University
Disciplinary Actions: No refund will be provided if the cancellation is due to any disciplinary action against the student. This applies to Academic, Hostel, and Other Fees.
Non-refundable Fees: Entrance Examination Fees, Application Form Fees, Enrollment Fees, and Examination Fees are non-refundable.
